A friend and neighbour of mine who works for European company (but she's located in my area), was sent to her this message. This is how serious my State's running water issue (several times a year) to the point it is viral till Europe! And to make it worse, because many are not staying at the "kampung" area, it is really hard to harvest "heavy water" / grey water / rain water easily, especially from cramp apartments with little to no balcony. #Malaysia
