Plans changed. My friends have given some good tips to trace it before I make a police report. 1. Check the bank that claimed I have an account 2. Check with the insurance center whether I have that policy 3. Check with the hospital whether I have someone actually with my ID trying to check out from the hospital. Unfortunately I stopped at point 2 because it is lunch break haha
