haha... now I am a proud owner of a 1/10,000 part of a house as a token! 😅 Using all my hard earned BCH (that is compounding NEXO token as interest at 8% per annum) as collateral to borrow 51.76 USDC in 6.8% interest for a property that generates 10.36% expected yield weekly. Will this money rolling work? Probably have to see what happens when I start paying back my loan in NEXO.
