I will always remember, while being miles away... Taking a phone call where my heart sank when he told me, "switch on the TV! Twin Towers is under attack" And then another phone call from my friend in Australia crying telling me her brother and his fiancée trapped at the 2nd tower, just because they went there early to prep a presentation.... Her brother carried his fainted fiancée down a few floors with severe burnt until others found them at the emergency stairways, but her brother died 1 month later in ICU. 20 years.
