In the Philippines they celebrate a long christmas season they started to celebrate in September and they last until early part of January in a following year. Since tommorow is start of BER months, we have seen a favorite food during christmas, one of them is PUTOBUMBONG, this food is made up of soft rice or malagkit wherein they inserted in long bamboo stick and cook in a steam. Now adays putobumbong is now evolve usually the normal ingridients on top is margarine with crashes niyog, but today we have special putobumbong, they add letche plan, cheese, condensed milk to make it special and unique in taste. After my vaccination a while ago i went to store to buy putobumbong as our meryenda,im glad that the food was so special and the taste was so good my family really like the foods and love.
