"SPECIAL LOMI ALA SATURDATE! " Hi hello guys Good day! Today is a very special day with my team mates as we all strike the bike-satur-date! Me and my friends went on a bike ride today, we think that since our whole week is a tiring day why not we all stretch our muscles and enjoy the day off/weekends. We went to a nearby bike venue and there we race and we ride! Of course we are tired and musty but refresh, so we went to our favorite karenderya there. We order lomi! If you didn't know that it is a classic Filipino dish perfect to a cold weather, though it is not quite cold but this is bussin!! The dish infront of you are mine and my two if my bike riders, the other two didn't buy the special because they went on bulalo. Fact about lomi is that it has a starchy thick noodles with rich sauce, beef or chicken on top, chunk of veggies and a chicharon. Why is it special, most lomi are serve with less meat but this is one it is full best combo is either rice or the spicy vinegar. After we ate, we are full and it is delicious.
