"Yummy Empanada" Its meryenda time, everyone are now enjoying meryenda as of this moment and we called this as coffee break in the afternoon. Everybody feel the food what they want such as babana que. kamote que, bread or sandwich, oopss since i saying bread our meryanda for today special empanada. Can i share yo you huys a little knowing what is empanada and its origin. As im checking in the internet it was the spain originated of Empanada and this is a baked or fried and consist of pastry inside. In our place since my wifey knowing how to cooked empanada, we usually use ground pork meat as the main fillings, add potato, cheese and other ingredients to make it special. Sometimes we use corn beef as an alternative fillings and add hotdogs inside or depend the requeste of our children. Empanada is perfect food and match to a hot coffee or cold drins like juice or soda. Everyone love to eat specially when you are watching a movie in a television. It is easy to prepared this kind of food and to cooked, all you need is to dip in a hot boiling of oil, when you see if the bread/emepnada is now brown in color this is the time that empanada are now cooked and ready to serve.
