Aubrey's First Babies ๐พ At January 20 midnight my dog gave birth to puppies (I'm gonna tell our experience from this). I was sleeping and Aubrey kept jumping on the bed and I thought she was just gonna sleep on the bed with me but she then kept waking me up like she was telling something. She already made a nest under my bed using the fabric we bought from the thrift shop. I then felt that she jumped off the bed and went under the bed to her nest. Moments later I still couldn't sleep and heard some sound like a mouse (lol) and then Aubrey started to whimper so I got worried and got off my bed and flipped the foam (I didn't flip the when entire bed lol) and I saw Aubrey had her first puppy, I panicked a little bit and called my cousin that my dog gave birth. I asked her to come here at the house because I don't know what to do. She was still on her way when she was giving me instructions on how to take care of the pups. I put them in a little basket and cleaned them off with a dry cloth just like my cousin said at the time two already came out from aubrey. I still remember how the pups felt in my hands when I was cleaning them, it was so slimy and had just smelled so bad. When my cousin came she already saw how I took care of the situation and checked the condition of Aubrey and the pups, she said more are still coming because she was feeling aubrey's tummy and then went home. I stayed up all night because I was waiting for her to give birth again to another pup which one also came out. When morning came all the other pups came out and I helped aubrey clean them (but of course I let her cut the placenta and let her eat it because it's a good source of nutrition for them). I was really proud of my dog that she successfully gave birth to puppies and I could say she was also proud of herself also. I didn't know that she wanted me to assist her in giving birth ๐ and I'm glad she didn't bite me when I was helping her. These were the pics I took from her and the pups. #MyPets
