The third bag of the oyster mushroom just got it's first fruiting ahaha it was really satisfying on gently twisting and pulling them from the bag so I could harvest them ahaha now I'm gonna wait for the other two bags for their second fruiting!! Aack!! 💕 but anyways did you guys know that oyster mushrooms are the fastest growing mushrooms than any other kind and they can also be eaten raw but it would have some metallic taste to it ahaha (I would just suggest cooking it before eating because when we fried these the taste was similar to chicken 🍗)
