I made choco balls. I've already shared my recipe of this and the picture in my page but I wanted to share it here with you guys as well. I actually used graham crackers instead of fudge cakes so it won't be too sweet in this recipe. 🍫 Ingredients: Chocolate compound (or any chocolate bar like Goya) Crushed Grahams Condensed Milk Butter 🍫 Procedure: Make little Graham balls with the combined crushed grahams, condensed milk and slice of butter. After you've made little ball pieces of grahams store them in the freezes in just 5 to 10 minutes. While waiting for the grahams to cool you should make your chocolate batter. Put water in a pot and heat it, put the chocolates in another container that will be placed on the center of the hot water (I suggest those kinds that won't easily break when there's hot water). The chocolate will soon melt in minutes and you have to whisk it so there won't be any lumps (I used a fork in whisking the melted chocolates). Please take note that don't put the chocolate onto direct heat on a pan because it will burn and not melt. Take the Graham balls out the freezer and dip them on the hot melted chocolates. While the chocolate is still wet you can put other decorations on top (I grated white chocolates on top). Wait for the balls to cool and then put them back into the freeze for about 15 to 30 minutes or so before serving (because they're best served cooled). Hope my recipe helps you guys! This is actually fun to make with your loved ones!
