⚠️ sensitive content ⚠️ To every pet owner out there please be responsible and don't let your pets escape. Around 2 in the morning dogs were attacked by a brown with white colored American Bully here in our barangay. He attacked including our dog outside that is chained due to his behavior on chasing vehicles. Our dog lost a lot of blood and the owner of the American Bully was out of town. I'm really begging on donations to fund for our dog's condition so we can take him to the vet and they can stitch up his skin around his mouth. The owner of the American Bully kept insisting that it was just an accident and her dog doesn't attack people BUT OUR DOG WAS CHAINED AND DIDN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO YOUR DOG
