So our P.E. teacher just announced that she won't have classes today since they're really busy. I'm actually gonna use this day to do something productive. I think I'll do some crocheting while waiting for my package. They said only one individual per household should get the individual money to each person and I guess my brother or mom will be the one to get them today or on Monday since it's raining so hard here. I suddenly remember something when I first started crocheting. When one of my mom's workmates found out that I do crochet it felt like she was insulting me because I was doing that kind of hobby because her reason was "only old people do that" which she is referring to grandmothers because it hurts the back when doing that kind of hobby. I just kept quiet and smiled at her but deep down I really wanted to say something back to her but it would be disrespectful if I did say something back to her. I was supposed to say "not all hobbies are for specific age groups and I don't slouch when doing crochet. I always take breaks and have a good posture on doing it. You just don't know how to knit/crochet that's why you said that" but I didn't say those because it would be "disrespectful" if you're trying to defend your side to them because they're older than you.
