Lechon Belly Roll ! 🥰❤️ (I know some culture don't eat pork and I understand that but also, please respect our differences.) Before new years eve there have been quite a shortage of supply for these type of food. Good thing we were still able to acquire one. Food suppliers have seemed to learn from the mistake of a celebrity chef. Apparently, the said chef accommodated a lot of orders for Christmas eve but he was not able to commit. Furthermore, he said about having equipment malfunctions and delivery riders quiting the last minute. He said he had learned from his mistake though and apologized. If anything, yep this tastes great. I wish the supplier would have held back on lemon grass as its marinade though. It can be overpowering. 😅
