A few months ago we announced the launch of our Flipstarter campaign to fund the development of our new Python API.

The Knuth engineering team is pleased to announce the release of the first official version of the Knuth Python library and thus the completion of our previous Flipstarter campaign.

After some months of hard work, we are very happy to have our first functional version. With this we want to bring the Python programmer community closer to Bitcoin Cash. The Python community is one of the largest these days, so we believe that we are helping all these newcomers to build modern and nifty end-user applications, hence we are contributing to the adoption of Bitcoin Cash.

Our new library allows Python programmers to have access to all the functionality of our full-node.

So the Python library is now part of our family of APIs: C++17CC#, Javascript and TypeScript. But this does not end here, our plan is to provide libraries in other popular programming languages: Rust, Eiffel, Go, Java, ...

We encourage Python programmers to download our library and use it exhaustively. We are open to suggestions for improvement.

Thank you!

Knuth is open source software that needs community support to continue its development. Therefore we would like to thank the generosity of our supporters and that of the entire Bitcoin Cash ecosystem. You are the ones that allow us to move forward with our goal, which is everyone's goal at Bitcoin Cash, which is to be the Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System for the entire world.

I am just hearing about this and holy mother of Jesus, this sounds so awesome. I will check out the documentation right away, even though I am a programming noon and can't build anything. Still I feel this is a step in the right direction for the BitcoinCash community.
