I've been watching videos about intermittent fasting for 3 hours already. I've already downloaded an app, ordered G-Max Keto and a yoga mat - pretty serious about losing 1 kg per week. Not sure if I can achieve 1 kg per week, but even if it's only half a kilo, it's still a loss. I'm still undecided with the plan - torn between 18:6 or 20:4. It's day 2 of IF and day 3 of exercise. And my body is sore! Legit sore! It's hard to walk, to sit, everything! So my sister sent me a video and three pictures of our pup. And my litoool ipok sleeps in one of the weirdest ways. He's been sick for almost a week. Praise God, he's okay now. His name should've been an anime character, but his tail is tiny and cute. That's why we call him "ipok" - a Bisaya term of tiny/short.

Since Friday, I've been moping around because it was Lolo's last vigil and I can't be with him. So I decided to minimize using my phone and had my vigil here in my apartment. To keep me awake, I watched 'On The Wings of Love' for the third time. It comforted me. I ended up sleeping at almost 8 AM and waking up at 11 AM. And I finished the 74 episodes in 2 days.

I did squats with dumbbells yesterday and this morning, and maaaan, my legs and arms are shaking. Anyway, I sent a selfie last night to Ate @syrahjean and she replied that I lose weight.
