I'm so disappointed with the Miss Universe coronation night. After I heard that Côte d'Ivoire on the 4th runner-up, I was so puzzled since I said that she's my bet to win. Then, on the 3rd runner-up, I am manifesting that Mexico will get the spot. However, I can't help but to open my mouth after I learned that Philippines got that title. My head ached a bit since Mexico won the coronation, while Thailand got the 1st runner-up. Then, Valenzuela got the 2nd runner up. During the Q&A portion without the headphone on, my personal bet was Côte d'Ivoire, Venezuela, and Philippines in order. In the second portion with the headphone on, I like Côte d'Ivoire, Philippines, and Venezuela in order. It's such messed up when I get confused that the win is like on vice versa. However, Côte d'Ivoire has great advocacy and poise to answer the question. After I ranted with my mom that the winners was like in backwards, she was saying that I am not a judge. I thought that I only have the same sentiment, but my fellow Filipinos also share the same idea. It's very frustrating that it looks rigged.
