Yesterday, I was touched when I saw a comment saying that my video was very detailed. Here is what she specifically said: “Wow, this is so detailed… Why is this have small views?” Although it was simply an observation, she also showed concern about why the views on that specific video were low. I still remember that the video only had a little over 200 views. However, when I released another video, its views started to double. My retention rate also improved from an average of 16% to around 25%. This means viewers are becoming more interested and are watching from beginning to end. It felt very heartfelt because it showed that someone genuinely cared about the quality of content I provide to my audience.
