Before I opened my laptop, I decided to gamify my self-improvement goals in my journal. One of the things I promised myself is that I will buy a Redmi Watch 5 and Baseus headphones. They are worth ₱3,008, and I know the price could change over time. I made sure to commit to this plan since the duration of my goal to get the Redmi Watch 5 is at least 45 days. If I don’t stay consistent, it will only slow down my progress. As for the Baseus headphones, I will only purchase them once I hit that target within April 1. I also challenged myself by setting a rule that every page I read from a book is equivalent to one peso. This is my main restriction if I plan to buy something online, and I also need to make sure that I can promote it. On top of that, I gamified my Netflix subscription depending on whether I hit one of the four areas I set as goals. That’s how I challenge myself to stay motivated, lol.
