My co-trainee from the OJT is so industrious with the work. If she receives a higher grade than me during the evaluation, I won't be surprised. She's more productive than me if we're all open-minded. It seems that they still need more workforce from their department. However, she might decline it, as she has witnessed how slightly toxic the workplace is.
