If you see something that triggers you to a bad habit, it is more likely that you will get back on it. It seems better if I replace watching with something new that doesn't trigger my bad habits. My 4 days of non-academic vacation is now over. I'm not saying that I'm not doing any academic stuff. Yet, it is such a relief that I am not doing any reviewers or answering my modules. I just took a quick two hours rest and I am ready to grind again. After I ate my dinner, I just announced in our group chat about updates in our thesis.
