I thought it is noodles hahahaha. Turns out it is a mushroom soup. --- Naloko na. . ang nakalagay sa variation sa shopee sweet and sour. Sour spicy naman eeee. Sleepy. Just came home! How are you guys?! Passed the Product Training. Next week is the start of the nesting period, if I don't pass that period bye bye company for me hehe. But still I would be thankful since I got paid during the training hahaha. Tough sched for the next week i need to sleep more since I need to get enough sleep and avoid sleeping late bec I just got vaccinated. The thing is i have a work sched on sunday night to 7am. 😅

This will be my future struggles. When it's weekend our neighbor have their usual karaoke time... Yas. my beloved Okra, some people doesn't like it because it is slimy but this is my favorite esp in this Filipino dish called Pinakbet . I love it. So all I have here is a canned mushroom and bamboo shoots. Hahaha. I decided to create a vegan/vegetarian adobo. All the measurements I used is just basing it on my taste hahaha. I only have the chinese bamboo shoots that i bought before with the enoki mushroom i just strained and remove the oil bec I dont like the smell of that oil. Haha if this tastes good. I will make it again tomorrow so that I could bring it for lunch haha.

Lol I Marinated my mushroom and bamboo shoots, then my mother asked me about it. I wasnt informed that she wants to mix the mushroom in the pasta. So when we were eating the pasta. She told me that she tasted bamboo shoots and I was like, did you used the one I marinated? She said she did and she told me that she is going to use it for the pasta. Lol I thought she was just asking about the marinated mushroom I wasn't informed that she wanted to use it in there haha.

The only fruit of our guava tree. I love it. Idk what is the exact type of this guava. But it is sweet. I want to have more of it but sadly our tree only has 1 fruit. Haha . It start with 3 flowers then lost the 2 flowers . only one was able to grow into a fruit and mature hehe. If you know what this type of guava is , let me know hehe. The coat is reddish brown.
