I have noticed that when I started drinking pure black coffee and tea alternately (Coffee MWFS , Tea TTHS) in the morning along with a regular 10 min exercise. It helped me lose some weight. This is one of my favorite Filipino cuisine 😍 Ginataang Labong or Bamboo Shoots with coconut cream. Bamboo shoots is often used as a vegetable here. Cucumber!! I love cucumber. 😁😍 I made a cucumber banana smoothie with chia seeds. Let's wait until my father finds out that I broke the blender again 🤣😂 it's not my fault. It's those ice cubes fault. 🤣😂 I used a cup of ice cubes, 1 sachet of powdered milk, 1/2 cucumber, 2 bananas, and 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds. 😁😁

Santol fruit or Cotton fruit. I didn't know that my grandparents still have its tree bec the only tree that i know is the one in the backyard which has been taken down.
