Kashmir Diary: Kelseri, Neelum valley Kelseri is the remote station situated at Neelum Valley District of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It has very less population as compared to other villages. Below are the pics I have taken on the 14th of August which is Independence day of Pakistan.
