2021-10-16 參加高雄十面埋伏-左營綠園道舊城單車遊活動，有騎腳踏車來到原本鳳山縣舊城的東門-鳳儀門，目前還保存著保留著數百年前舊城牆跟城門及護城河，旁邊有個樓梯可以走上去城牆上方，上面又稱:馬道，以前還可以騎馬上去，走進城牆內，現在整理成一大片的公園綠地，是附近社區居民的休閒場所。 東門-鳳儀門 East Gate-Fongyi Gate : https://goo.gl/maps/g58RF7vFH9aV4kZ49 以下是現場拍照，把解說牌照片轉成文字: 東門-(鳳儀門) 東門-「鳳儀門」，因面對鳳山丘陵，取「有鳳來儀」象徵吉利的名稱。東門的城門座面寬16.9公尺、深 8.3 公尺，城門內，斗拱與門軸洞、門閂洞、及半圓拱，用大陸的花崗石砌成。在門外還有一個水洞(水關)，這是一個通過城牆底部的排水道或進水道，保存相當完整。 目前城門兩側仍保留城牆數百公尺，城牆由珊瑚礁石灰岩(俗稱咾咕石)以三合土砌成，每塊多做成固合力強的蜂巢形，可以避震，城牆右側有咾咕石鋪設的馬道和入口，女兒牆上有雉堞和射孔，城門上原來有三川式之城樓，現在僅剩城樓基座，城牆上仍保留一座礮台，以及城牆外的護城河。 East Gate-(Fongyi Gate) East Gate faced to Fongshan hill. The name “Fongyi Gate" has a symbol of a phoenix comes with good luck.The gate's foundation is earth and stone (limestone, granite). There's a well-conserved tunnel on the bottom of the gate wall for draining. The gate wall beside the gate still remains hundreds of meters long, which was built with limestone. The entrance of horses' passage was also built with limestone. The battlements with spyholes are above the parapet. There used to be a tower on the gate that no longer exists.
