the people in other countries are worrying that even minimum wage cant even buy 2 happy meals well here in the philippines what they say of that value that cant buy a happy meal can be someone's lunch and dinner for 3 days straight

So true. It might be a little amount for some foreign countries but here in the Philippimes its already enough to buy rice good for 2 or 3 daya. since sometines viand is not a problem at all. As long as we know how to provide those without buying. The important thing is the rice, and the viand we can always find one.
