FOLLOWING DELPHINE The person who took the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller from Ustengrav was Delphine, a Blade. Blades were former defenders of the Empire and served Uriel Septim, I think. LOL! Delphine took the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller to get the attention and assistance of the Dragonborn but Delphine was not sure if the Dragonborn was indeed the Dragonborn. As a test, Delphine wanted to see the Dragonborn slay a dragon so they journeyed across Skyrim on foot with the Dragonborn following Delphine all the way but it wasn't a bad experience. In fact, it was actually a very nice experience. LOL!
