TOCCATA WAS ATTACKED When the Dragonborn arrived in Solitude, his companion Toccata was attacked by the people and soldiers. The reason why #Toccata was attacked was because she was wearing a Thieves Guild uniform and, obviously, thieves are not welcome in any city except maybe for the Dragonborn.
