The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or simply Skyrim is NOT a very hard again. If the default difficulty is too hard for you then you can easily adjust the difficulty setting to make the game a lot easier.
Now, if you just want to simply have fun by kicking the crap out of all your enemies in Skyrim then this is the Skyrim Mod you need to install.
The Skryim Mod is a standalone weapon's mod and it's called the Dwemer Longrifle and you can download it for free from Nexus Mods.
Just take a look at how NASTY this gun is in the game. This gun is so nasty that it took down the FINAL BOSS of Skyrim, ALDUIN, easily.
Once the Skyrim Mod Dwemer Longrifle is installed in your copy of Skyrim, you will have to finish short adventure to get the gun but you can skip all of that and get the gun immediately by using the Skyrim Mod ADDITEMMENU.
Download, install and activate AddItemMenu in the game, search for Dwemer Longrifle, get the gun, equip the gun to your Dragonborn and start blasting everything that moves.
