HEAVY RAIN IN SKYRIM It was raining hard when the Dragonborn and Toccata decided to raid the bandits in Fort Greymoor. The Dragonborn raiding the bandits in Fort Greymoor was not a request or quest from the Jarl of Whiterun. It was just something the Dragonborn decided to do with Toccata to gain some experience and level.
