Hello friends! I am still very busy today. I cook fig jam for the winter. I picked the ripe figs, maybe 2kg of fruit. Making fig jam is very simple and quick, I’ve never done it before. I found a recipe on Google. First I washed the figs, removed the cob, cut it into quarters, and put it in a pot. I added half a pound of granulated sugar, cinnamon, a whole lemon chopped. I poured 2 dl of water, a drop of rum and now I stir on a slow fire. When done, I mash with a stick mixer and fill it into small, disinfected jars. Then I put the little jars in a basket between warm blankets and pillows. It stays here for 2 days, after which can go to the pantry, the shelf. I will have my own homemade fig jam from my own fig fruit, yay! Do you want to taste it? My affiliate partners: @mystic0601 @Ibolya @Zsolt @Audububa #myphoto #originalcontent

Definitely I wanna taste it! Unfortunately an unexpected frost in March has damaged our fig tree, so this year no figs. Hopefully next year. Have a lovely weekend, dear friend.
Your fig jam will surely be good, I have no doubts about that, Cara Judit...
Hi Judit, You have so many figs there and how nice they look. It's good to stock up for the winter. I like jam or marmalade for breakfast.
I love figs and I love their jam toooo . ♥️
Ohh those seem so good. Love figs, fresh or dried!
Oh so delicious! And there are figs now! Here more at the end of summer, September, etc. but now it's not the season. So you're lucky to enjoy them, so sweet reward later! Have a yummy day!
Hi. I also had a busy but fun day with family. I really love fresh figs but they are very expensive here
