阿達每日溜達--- 最近暑假剛完，怎麼會看到那種明顯是國小生，然後卻騎著阿嬤的無須牌照代步車，用最大速率在馬路上狂飆!雖然可以不用帶安全帽與騎車年齡+闖紅燈，警察和一般民眾看了也無奈，最後我想問的是阿嬤怎麼辦？車不見了哭哭
