It is another morning to be thankful for.I am very tired as always .It has been almost a week since I did not have enough sleep.I cannot afford to sleep a lot because my boyfriend's sister is sick .I am having difficulty how to take care of her.She doesn't eat a lot and very little. I am very worried because her temperature keeps on increasing and no change .She is also very hot.I did many things already and still nothing. I am already frustrated because of this . I really hope she can recover because my work is already affected . I cannot focus on my work because of her. In my case I am feeling better but no sleep. Hope I can get enough sleep tomorrow since its my birthday .Just that and it is my only wish for my birthday and full recovery of the people I love.
