Orange rainfall warning again.Here in Cebu it is raining very hard again.Last night we had some serious warning from our smartphone.It alarms though so we should be extra careful this time. We are still out of our home .We are waiting here .Thankfully I could sleep a bit. I canceled my classes for today. That is okay and I have no choice .I can't go home when its raining hard. Anyway wish this will stop soon.morning to all.
