I cooked lechon manok as a paksiw.We have leftover lechon manok from yesterday so when we got home I decided to cook this for our snacks.I mean dinner. Buying lechon manok will last us for 2 days though .One wholw chicken is good enough for two people. Anyway its a rainy afternoon so I am lazy to go outside again. Its better to stay home and doing lazy stuffs. #lazyday
