This is a called a mosquito repellent device . My Japanese student brought me this as souvenir. It has a design of hello kitty and you can bring this anywhere by putting around your wrist. It was effective because the mosquitos cannot bite you so it is a good protection . I love the design and effectiveness of this repellent device. 😘😘
