Since I am alone at home .I cooked lechon manok paksiw because we have a leftover roasted chicken from yesterday and I almost forgot that we still have chicken so I cooked it as a lechon paksiw. My most favorite part of the lechon manok is cooking it again .I can cook it anything I want and I can eat a lot of rice from this I am done with my laundry so I am very tired but at least I am done cooking and ready to eat. Let's eat everyone.
