Someone was craving for some liver and gizzard with cornstarch. I was supposed to have a weather but he asked me to cook for him.Before coming home from home he bought the ingredients first and asked me to wake up early. It is my first time to cook this dish but so far its delicious and successful. We still have a lot of left for lunch and dinner. He was fully satisfied with this dish.His favorite is liver and gizzard these days. Anyway lets eat everyone.
