A splendid morning again . I thank God for all the blessings you have given us and another day to wake up from a good sleep. I woke up at this time as usual . I need to prepare for my work and another good day I think .I am done with my bath so now time for my coffee. I could not function well if I don't have coffee. As they say coffee is life . It is an important part of my morning and less sugar is best for me . I have been reducing my sugar intake recently because I am not getting any younger so WE should be careful of our health and body since my father's parents has a history of diabetes so extra careful is needed. Anyway time to prepare everything . Morning to all workers out there and enjoy your day. Don't forget your coffee or tea.
