It is halfway through the work week.I am fully energized today because I could get enough sleep last night.For me 7 hours of sleep makes me feel satisfied.I had a hectic morning once again but I could manage to finish it all. It is Thursday .I am very happy that its almost weekend .Time passes by so fast and I am very thankful.I could fully survive this week without a lot of stress. I am trying my best to do a lot better. We saw this when we went to a shopping mall.There was an exhibit for wedding and it was really nice.I like how calm and beautiful a wedding exhibit it .I saw some gowns and decorations too.Someday I would get married but just a simple way . My lunch today is chicken curry. My boyfriend had a blast last night.It was very memorable day for him.I can see that he was having fun on his belated birthday with friends . I miss joyriding in a motorcycle.When we used to live in the countryside we sometimes go to mountain area and rode for a long time. Good morning Friday .My fasting starts now .I managed to do my intermittent fasting and so so successful .I will eat something later for my breakfast or maybe coffee I am not sure. Fried chicken once again .My most requested dish is fried chicken .I can make a perfect fried chicken because I kept on cooking it for a long time. I am taking a break right now and I am trying to do some abs exercise too .My belly is big so need to lessen my fats . My boyfriend taught me some exercise and it is really painful for my stomach .I think I need to be consistent and try to do it regulary if I want to see the results. Pusit for dinner.Since we were out for a long time.I was craving for some seafood so we stopped by a market and I found a squid. I only bought 1/4 because we are only 2 people and it only costs 100 pesos. It is affordable and we still have leftover . This is what we usually do whenever we crave for seafood so we buy and cooked.
