"Your character is made noble through sacrifice"-Dr. Jordan Peterson. I came across this quote earlier, and I thought "Wow, that's the kind of wisdom we need these days. " Our culture needs to be re-oriented, away from selfish/narcissistic and hedonistic behaviors, and TOWARDS virtue, towards Love, toward sacrifice. By virtue, I mean true virtue, not virtue signaling/grandstanding which is a very different thing.
