Creativity or Grammar?

So I've been studying about effective tips on writing but my concern is that, what do I cultivate? A good creative flow of words or the rulings of writing which is grammar. Sometimes my grammar is well off but as long as one can understand my writing, I don't mind. I know that grammar is important but developing a writing style is important too. Once we develop our writing style, the possibilities will be endless. Afterwards, I will find some time to repair my crooked grammar. But first I just need to know the nooks and crannies of my writing. What do you think is much more important creativity or grammar?
