Trying to fix loose ends

Did you ever had a misunderstanding with someone? How do you try to fix all the cracks in your friendship? How do you approach them if they think that are a bad person. I’m trying to find some time to apologize from what I did, I didn’t mean it really, I have my reasons for doing it. Hope I could fix it.
