What Make's People Ugly?

When we heard the word ugly we usually refer to the physical appearance. Right???But for me the means of being ugly is not based on the physical appearance of a person but usually refer to it's attitude as a human being. If you're a beautiful girl and a handsome boy in physical but have a bad manner towards others for me you are the true ugly.
