Ginisang Monggo for Friday lunch.. I also fried dried fish. It's delicious while it's raining here on us today. Ginisang monggo and dried fish are really a tandem. It's also nice to have a dry dish. Always fresh fish. I had fried galungong. For my 2 kids. I have to prepare early because my eldest has practice again at 1pm for their dance in the teacher's day program. How are you all.
