All human beings cry. From the womb to the tomb, tears have become a part of the people's lives. Babies cry for a variety of reasons; air bubble, colic, ear pain, fatigue, hunger, physical hurt, indigestion and wetness. Children scream when they lose a fight. Sympathetic adults shed tears when touched by a tender scene. Some suitors become teary-eyed upon hearing the sweet sound of "Yes" from the lady they are wooing. In moments of triumph, winners burst into tears. When teased or scolded, sensitive individuals sob. The sick and broken-hearted cry out of pain and anguish. Others mourn the loss of their loved ones.
Tears are an expression or result of an intense emotion. But they are also an important part of the human body protective mechanism. Tears are small drops of fluids secreted by the two glands located behind each person's eyelids. Tears promotes the health of our eyes. But their release also helps develop our emotional and social well being. Children normally cry when afraid or hurt. It has been tradition among many families to make boys ashamed of showing pain or fear. Since crying is considered unmanly, boys tend to repress, and deny all kinds of feelings, including tenderness. This impedes their ability to establish a wholesome relationship with family members, friends, and fellow workers.
One teaspoon of tears is potent enough to purify 100 grams of water. Many physicians believe that all of us should cry once in a while for our health sakes.
When a person experiences fervid emotion such as grief or great joy, the muscles around the glands tighten up and squeezed copious teat fluids. So when you feel like crying, allo yourself to cry. These glands and the tears stored in them are natural parts of human beings placed there for a porpuses. They are to protect our eyes and provide us a means of expressing our most intense emotions. Thats some truth about tears.
So, do we have to Cry?
My Simple Garden
We wish to have a place where we can plant different types of ornamental plants or maybe vegetables and we know that all of this is very important to our health and to our Family. Yesterday, I went to my simple garden and I checked all my vegetables one by one to see if they are staying healthy and if they are growing well. This is one of the busy things in life here in the Province, the planting of various types of plants and vegetables. In this day and age, one must be prudent, thrifty and wise in daily life to fight poverty. I noticed that almost all of my eggplant crops were bearing fruit and I was very happy with what I saw. At first, I used Molasses to sprinkle on the plants. I learned this when I was still in college, molasses helps to make plants grow healthy and beautiful as well as produce fruit, so it's good to use it to sprinkle plants as fertilizer as well.
This is what the fruits of my eggplant plants look like and they have given great results to the use of molasses as an organic fertilizer. I check all the fruits of my eggplants to see if there is oud living in the fruit or in the eggplant tree itself. It damages crops including their fruits so it's best to check everything. The results of my use of molasses are good, one of them is the smooth fruits, good growth and the fruits are big. So because of this, I decided to wrap it with plastic cellophane so that it won't be damaged or it will be attacked by various insects such as bugs, worms and many others. The price of eggplant is very expensive here in our area, so it's better to grow your own vegetables in the yard. Our area here is quite wide so I want to plant many different types of plants and vegetables. When the time comes for the fruits of my crops to be abundant I plan to sell them in our public market.
My eggplant plants have quite a lot of fruit so it took a while for me to finish it. In wrapping the eggplant fruits, it is necessary to wrap them in plastic cellophane very slowly, and stab it with a stick. Cut off the end of the wrapper so that water does not accumulate inside it and the fruits do not wither. The fruit of the eggplant is easy to wither especially when it rains, and it is also easy to damage when attacked by insects. It is better when the land it is planted in remains tilled so that it grows easily and bears fruit easily. It is also better to apply or use organic fertilizers such as sawdusts and animal wastes such as cow dung and dry leaves. With the help of my partner, our work such as wrapping the eggplants was easily completed. This is my place where my simple garden can be seen. After we wrapped all the fruits we also looked for a place to plant beans. The best places to plant beans are those places that will be exposed to the sun immediately and the land to be planted should always be tilled so that the plants can grow easily. This is what the seeds of the beans look like, and before I plant them I first put them in water to know when the seeds can be planted and are healthy. It will be known when the seed will sink in water. When the seeds float they are not good for planting. I dry the beans first and then split them open to get the seeds.
Then, I dug a hole to place bamboo branches, this is where my bean plants will crawl when they grow. It is best to dig a little deep so that the beans do not fall when the soil is soft due to the rain. It is better when there are many branches of bamboo so that my bean plants can have a lot of space. Caring for beans should be done daily because they are a favorite haunt of insects such as wasps. The red-colored ants or carpenter ants as we call them also land on the leaves and fruits, causing a bad effect on the fruits.
Drug Addiction: One Of The Most Leading Problems In The Society
Everywhere, there are many cases and news about addiction, it is a kind of act on which, human are using excessive and use more prohibited drugs in the society. Well, this is the biggest problem we already faced today. Prohibited drugs are spreading everywhere in the world and those people who used this will gain bad results not only for their health, but also In their mental health. There are lots of bad effects in the humans body.
According to the information I got, there are symptoms and signs of those who use prohibited drugs, and some of this are;
Lose weigh.
Red eyes .
Always thirsty.
Always angry.
Always keeping quite.
Very aggressive.
Lose of appetite.
These are some of the signs to all people who used prohibited drugs. There are lost of bad effects regarding with this kind of scenarios. Some of this are;
Committed rape.
Killing.
Suicides.
Harassment.
Out of emotional behaviour.
These are some of the bad effects that the prohibited drugs give for those people who use this. I don't know whats their reason why they take this. But the only thing I know is this kind of thing can bring us very bad.
We all know that every drugs contains many different types of chemicals and some of it are very needed to our body just like curing illnesses and diseases. But if we abused using it, this will lead also to bad effects that can destroyed ourselves. There are also drugs that is use for sindicates and bad people. Some of this are Shabu, Marijuana, Cocaine, party drugs or ecstacy. The marijuana was already known as the herbal medicine that cures asthma, but with the permission from the Doctors. The rest of the drugs I've mention is prohibited by the Law.
It's true that if we used prohibited drugs, this will slowly destroyed us, not only for physical but also mental, spiritual and reputations. The different Government give their best shots to control and prevent this kind of serious problem in the society. Many innocent people particularly the children will be very affected at their young age. The most scary of this is, the people who used drugs keeps getting younger, so it means that most of them are students. This comes from the influence of friends , truly of we gain more bad friends, and if they are doing this kind of habit you will invited also. Some will not be tempted but most of it are really tempted by friends influence. We should really avoided this kind of people. Next is the Family problem, this is also one of the reason why children will joined this kind of bad activity, there are no adults will guided them in a good way and in the right path. Really, if the Parents will keep arguing and leads to family broke, this is one of the bad habits will first set up on the children's mind.
We should prevent this and never do this. There are lots of bad effects will gain of this prohibited drugs. It is never to late to change our bad habits.
How Do I Resolve This Problem?
I suffered many problems today, honestly. For almost 4 years of being a readcash member, I already meet some friends here that willing for giving me some advice regarding with my problem. I would gladly to share my problem and this is all about my family. Late 2022 when Me and my partner have blessed with one cute and little baby daughter. We are very happy and excited about it and for me, this is a blessing for us. Not knowing that the Parents of my wife did not want me to be the Father of their Grand daughter.
It was very painful to me because, honestly I am the Father of their Granddaughter but they don't want be. Everytime when I tried to get my daughter and played to her, they immediately get the baby and they will carried them away from me. I don't know what is the reason, why they did that. I already have a destressfull feelings today regarding with my problem. My Parents wants to bring the baby to our home but my wife's parents did not want to. Sometimes, I tried to think to revenge with them but I keep myself calm always.
Problems can also known as a life puzzle, why? Its because we should get and search for the solutions to complete the missing piece in our Life. Regarding with the problems I have, I always search for a solutions and answer where did I missed? What I've done to them, that makes them behave like that. My mind is full of questions and I need some answers. I tried to keep myself calm and maybe, I will keep a slightly distance because of the hatred situations they give to me.
I don't have plan to make to end my wife's relationship because I always think our baby. This kind of solutions will be affected our baby and I don't want here to grow with a broken family. Well, this cannot avoid specially when it arrives in distressed situations, but we should stand strong and never to do bad l actions that can create broken family.
Until now, my problem are still not yet resolved but I keep myself calm always. This is the best way to make ourselves away from stress situations. Some of us are experiencing this kind of problems and some of them are already committed suicide or family broke up.
Even if we faced many different kinds of problems, more importantly is we should not go with the of the problems we have for the sake of our children.

Garden Journal|| "Planting Ginger Plants And Other Vegetables In My Garden
I will share with you today about my gardening this morning. Every day is really important so we should be productive every day. I've been a bit busy lately because I'm still growing my little garden a lot and I'm naming it Hive Garden. Since we are blessed with beautiful and fertile soil, we should really enrich it and use it properly. I am also thankful to my kind older brother because he also helped with the gardening.
It's a tradition here that before planting the vegetables, we first make a plot to facilitate their growth. It is easier for plants to grow and grow when the soil is soft. The place to plant it should also be chosen. There are vegetables that can't be in the sun and there are also plants that can't be exposed to the sun, so you should really choose the right vegetable to plant.
It is easier to till the soil when it is a bit hard because it is already tilled because it has been plotted. We also put fertilizers in it such as woodchips and animal waste. I love organic fertilizers because they make the soil beautiful. Even after many years it can still be used because the fertile soil remains.
I also added this ginger plant. I saw it in the empty place just here with us. I felt sorry for this ginger because its growth was thin so I thought of moving it to my little garden. Its profit is even better when the soil is soft and the soil is extra fertile due to organic fertilizers.
We thought of growing ginger because it is in high demand in our area and very expensive per kilo. So it's really good to plant it so that you don't have to spend a lot. It is easy to grow, just plant it in soft and fertile soil and then leave it until it reaches 9 months. We will know when it can be picked because its leaves will dry.
I also noticed because the bell pepper seeds I planted the first day have already sprouted. I was really happy with what I saw and it added to my crops here in my simple garden. It is quite difficult to take care of this plant because it must not be hit by strong sunlight because there is a chance of burning its leaves.
It is necessary to apply banana seeds because it helps to prevent the bell pepper plants from being hit directly by the sun's rays. It is about five to 7 months before it is harvested and it is also one of the demands in the market.
As I garden here in our area I have learned a lot about it. I am also thankful because there is beautiful and fertile soil that can be planted with vegetables that will help when the time is right. It is also a way for me to have fun and exercise my body.
A Short And Quick Tour To Our Public Plaza
Our Respective place contains many fascinating and beautiful surroundings, and it can make our place to become popular and help our economy. Barangay Poblacion is one of the part of Manticao, Misamis Oriental. This Barangay is center to all traders, buyers, sellers and other commercial establishments. Manticao Public Market is also found here in Barangay Poblacion including our Public Plaza. I did a short and quick travel while ago and I found the place very progressive and clean.
I was visiting our Public Plaza, the place were many different kinds of activities and programs helding. It contains many beautiful places such like landscapes, flowers, plants, fountains and of course the statues. The first statue I went was this Dr. Jose Rizal's monument. Here in the Philippines, Dr. Jose P. Rizal is one of our National heroes. He was a writer, painter and Doctor. We can see to his monument the pile of books He wrote. He wrote the book of Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo. This is the most popular book until today, the place was filled with trees, grasses and plants.
The second monument can be found here is Andres Bonifacio's monument. He was also one of our National Heroes here in our country. The monument was adorned with concrete stairs at the middle, and He was holding a flag with a bolo on his Right hand. In this area, the big rocks was also piled and concreted so that the statue will become stable. People can climb up here taking pictures of the entire plaza. The place were the monument placed was filed with many plants, trees, grass and flowers.
The Local Government decided to put a pathways in this place so that the visitors will not be muddy or dusty. It is also serve as a decorations of the place. The pathways is made up of bricks and joint together and concreted it so that it wont broke. The grass of the place was trimmed up and each corner of the place contains garbage cans. People will love to visit here and and observe how beautiful the place is.
We experienced summer season here in our place that is why there many dry leaves falls to the ground. But, their are utility personels who clean the place everytime when they seen some garbage or dry leaves on the ground. The place contains many bench so that people will enjoy sitting while eating in this place. In order to make the place bright, there are also street lights in the Public plaza. Every afternoon, their are some people doing some exercises just like jogging, walking around the plaza, Zumba dancing and even Biking. Many students were also resting here together with their friends or classmates and they are having fun.
It was a very hot sunny day during my visit at our Public Plaza. It is very perfect to travel and fell the freshness of the place because of the fresh air.
This is our Fountain. It is also one of the most perfect place or spot for those people who loves traveling from place-to-place. The fountain was also put pathways so that people can walk perfectly without any hassle because of the mud or dust. Everytime when there is a program or town activities, this fountain was also in operational. Children will be very enjoyed watching the water shoot around the place while others were taking a pictures together with friends or families. Our Public Plaza consist of two parts, the first part were we can found the statues and the second part of the place is the fountain.
Our Gymnasium was slowly progressing and we are very happy about it. The last time I visited this place, there was still no rooftops on some parts of the place. But now, it was completely covered with rooftop. Different kinds of occasions, activities and programs are also helding here specially when there is a rainy season happens. This gymnasium can fit almost 700 people inside.
We tried to visit the ancient tree near at the place, and we take a few minutes to walk before we arrived at the said place. We also passed an old house and a school. We are very happy and enjoyed even if it is under the heat of the sun.
This is the ancient tree I am talking about. There are many roots hanging on this tree and it was very fascinating. This tree can be located near at an old convent. People won't cur this tree down because it helps to maintain the place of being cool and refreshing. This tree is what we called Balete and it already grows for almost 85 years already.
Last was our food trip. We stopped by in this store near at the school and started to choosed of the food which one we like. There are many kinds of snacks can be choosed from like Tempura, Fishball, kwek-kwek, squid role, and even banana que.

My Wonderful Journey At The River
We experienced an extremely heat because of the summer season. Expectedly that people wants some fresh air and others will went to river or in the sea. I was decided to explore here in this river to see if the water were big. In terms of places here in the Province, there are many different kinds of fascinating place can be seen.
Not only people can experienced extremely heat and it also includes animals just like this Carabao. I was having Good time watching this carabao and He was having a good time swimming in this river. The last time I went here, this part of the place was very deep, many children are having fun swimming in this place last time. But as the heat continues, the water were become slowly down and the shallow and deep place became not deep.
This part of the river is very perfect spot for taking pictures, in fact there are some photographers and bloggers already went in this place. We also washed our clothes here in this area and we really choosed this place because it is very cool and the water is slightly shallow. Most of the tree can be found here, is what we called Acasia tree. This is perfect for planting near at the river so that the soil will not easily colapsed due to heavy rain and floods.
This is the place were big crabs hiding. Inside of this big hole locates a big crabs and in local term, we called it Kuyampi, Kamangkas or Atol. Well, I also really scared of finding crabs because it will pinch us and most of the hole can also find a water snake or what we called, Tangkig. There are a lot of holes in the cliff and most of the people who wants to have crabs and shrimps are went here to find some. This is really a best hiding spot to all crabs, shrimps and sometimes fish.
The river bed contains many algae plants just like this one. This is very normal here specially during summer season. Every stones contains many of this kinds and even toad poles are already here in this place. In local term we called this one Lumot and it is a kind of parasites that lives and depends of the surroundings they grows. As I observed this kind of behaviour, I noticed that this plants grows everywhere because some of it are washing out by the flows of water. When this kind of parasites will cling to other parts of the area just like stones, trees and others, they will started to grow.
After my wonderful travel adventure, I decided to eat lunch and my viand is fried fish. This is one of my favorite food specially when there is a soy sauce with chilli pepper. My day is very great, enjoyable and wonderful and I hope that this place will remains its beauty.
Travel Exploration At Manticao River
A blessed day to all of us. It's great to travel especially when the weather is good. Yesterday I was thinking of traveling here near our place and since we are close to the river this is my destination. The manticao river is one of the rivers that can be found here in the pole of Mindanao. It also serves as a boundary between two Barangays, Poblacion and Paniangan. Our river plays a big role here and it is one that provides fertile soil from the high mountains and is swept down. There are also aquatic creatures that can be seen here such as crabs, shrimps, fish and many others. Because of the recent bad weather, it's inevitable that there won't be a landslide or landslide, and this is the first place I went. Residents fear that the erosion may continue and reach their road.
This kind of situation in the river cannot be avoided especially when the ground is soft. Here in this area there are large landslides. The planted Madre de Cacao trees were swept away and swallowed by the flood waters. This bamboo tree has also sunk into the water. There are parts of the road that have cracks so it will be difficult for large vehicles to enter it except for motorcycles or maybe just walk.
There are coconut trees that are about to be submerged in water. The cause of this problem is that the water goes here and its strong current hits here. While being hit by strong currents, the land gradually softens causing it to collapse and continue to grow and expand. People used to pass this place, but now water and rivers can be seen here. No matter what method they do such as planting trees and putting stones in sacks it is still useless.
Because of this, the local Government temporarily made a way. They changed the course of the water so that its strong currents would no longer hit that area. They closed my area where the strong current passes and deepened the new waterway here.
As I was halfway through my journey I also noticed this new landslide. It's close to where I was standing earlier while I was on top of the river. Even though the weather is hot, it still continues to crumble and soften and according to the residents here, I hope the local government can solve it. They fear that when the time comes, they won't be able to pass through here, because it serves as a shortcut for people here.
This is the new water channel in the river. After covering the area it used to pass through, they dug another part of the area to allow the water to pass. They were successful in their temporary solution and while there is no bad weather, the residents will be able to plant trees that act as protection against the strong currents of water from the river.
To make it easier for them to go to the river, especially for those who want to wash or bathe, the local government also put stones and sand on the road. This place was also destroyed due to the previous bad weather and typhoon so they immediately gave it a solution.
This is what we call Atabay. People often collect water here for cooking food, boiling water, washing dishes and eating, and bathing. It is only cleaned to remove the brown water. We do this near the river and in order not to destroy it we put big stones on its side as well as in the boung area to make it more pleasant to look at.
Even though our situation here in our province is like this, our river can also be considered important. Provides daily food and livelihood for the family. The only thing to do is to take care and love the environment before it's too late.
Travel Blog At Barangay Pagawan, Manticao, Misamis Oriental
Barangay Pagawan is one of Barangays here in Manticao, Misamis Oriental and it is located at mountainous place of the Town. This morning, My next plan were visiting this Barangay and see for myself how beautiful the place is. Here in this place we can see how progressive they were, and it can makes us more amazed. My destination was at Zone 3A Barangay Pagawan and according to all people who went in this place, there is an old spring located in the place, and it makes me more interested of the place. This is the entrance of the said Barangay, the Barangay officials decided to put an arch with a message on the top. Some of this road are already concrete but there are some place also that have not yet concreted.
By getting here, we must ride on a motorcycle this is the best vehicle we should ride because there are portion of the roads that have not yet concreted and there are big stones at the middle of the road. There was a part of the road that contains a slope areas that is why all vehicles will turns into a lot of force so that they can reach to the upper part of the place.
There are only few houses can be found in this place and some of the structures here is for business just like poultry. As I continued to walked in the slope road, I noticed this poultry farm near at the Barangay road. This is very perfect for this kind of business, because it is far from houses. There is only 1 big poultry house and in my estimations, almost 500 chicks have already cultured here. This is newly built poultry farm and the owner would extend the building and built a new one.
This parts of the place is private because of the warning sign that nailed in the big tree. The land owner of this place started to put a fence in this place. They also started to plant new young trees in the place, to keep it relaxing and maintain the freshness of the place. There was also raising animals just like goats, cows and carabaos and they enjoyed eating the wild grass. Some of the tree can be found here is the Germilina tree and Mahogany Tree. But they keep planting more trees.
It was very hot summer day during my travel activity and I really enjoyed watching those beautiful and fascinating place here in this Barangay. I was very excited about the most fascinating place I want to went, It doesn't matter how hot the weather was more importantly, I will get to the place in which there is an old spring.
I also passed this dusty road at the middle of this massive banana plants. This is one of the source of income that people have. I was very amazed of the place during my travel, I totally imagine how lucky of the land owner is, to have this kind of massive banana plants. I imagine how mud this road will be if there is a rain.
As I arrived of the place, I noticed this flowing water comes from the stream, and this is very useful and important to all residents of the said areas. Here, they fetched water for cooking food, cleaning the house, watering the plants, bathed for their pigs, washed their clothes and even washing the dishes and drinking porpuses. The water is very natural because it came from the stream.
The water was very clear and there are many kinds of stones and its formation. This water was also came from the stream also and many children are enjoyed having a bathed in here. The residents of this place are very lucky to have this kind of Natural resources just like fresh water. For them, it should always be taken care the place to have this stream flowed. This is the main stream of the place and there lots of water comes out under this big boulder. The water is really safe because it came from under ground and it supplies almost 20 households in one place. The place is still in good and even if there is an extremely heat, still the water over flows down from the tubes so it can fetched water easily.
This are some of the villagers houses and it was built near to the stream. They are very proud to have this kind of place and they are very to lived this kind of quite and peaceful areas. Even if they are far enough from crowded areas, they are enjoyed of living here and have a relaxing, peaceful, joyful and simple way of living.
Compassion And Understanding
We parents plant in our children's minds good deeds and behavior. We don't want our children to have bad deeds and habits in his future because this act and behavior will be an obstacle to his being a good member of society. What we should not forget is to teach our children about kindness and understanding. This characteristic is very necessary for a creature to be called a human being. It is very easy to criticize each other. But before we complain, let's also measure ourselves if we are perfect human beings. We should not forget that in this world no one is perfect.
We all make mistakes, we make mistakes. God's will is what we have in ourselves - the kindness and the understanding. In that attitude, there is being humble towards one another, loving one another, loving one another and other good deeds.
If a being has the nature of benevolence and humility, he will be far from being selfish towards his fellow man, especially towards people who need his help. He is not stupid, not arrogant, not proud and exploitative. A being that we can truly call a human being with a heart. Yes, a creature that does have a heart. This is not the only thing our children should have. He must also have good manners and conduct. Yes, our children can be called our wealth if they follow a good path in life- such as the good deeds and behaviors we have mentioned above. So, it's all up to us - as their parents - to think about what our children should follow in their lives.

Ang nag-iisang rosas nmin na ngayon ay unti-unti nang nahuhulog ang mga petals niya at naging kulay brown na ito. Masasalamin din sa bulaklak ang buhay ng isang tao dahil din tayong lahat dito sa mundo ay mawawala rin.

Ang lugar ay napapalibutan ng mga malalaking punong-kahoy at mga ibon. Napakapresko din ng lugar at tanging ang mga huni ng ibon lamang ang maririnig natin. Medyo malayo ito sa lungsod at kinakailangan pang maglakad ng iilang kilometro.

Ang lechon ay isa sa mga pagkain pinoy at sa katunayan maraming mga dayuhan ang pumunta dito at gusto kumain ng lechon. Ang larawan na kuha ko ay hiniwa-hiwa na lechon sa maliliit na piraso. Kumakain ito ng mga maliliit na insekto at kadalasan nagtatago ito sa malalamig na lugar gaya ng mga kahoy, bato, at sa damuhan.
