TBH it's hard to be a man to express his emotion to people, like what inside his head, what he actually feel and then when you start sharing your story to people they may used it against you and make fun of it and they can talk shit about you behind your back "that man is crazy!" "Such a weird person" and other may say "Be a man! Don't Cry it will pass" "Time will help you to move on or heal you". Stop this toxic positivity. But No! We don't heal from those traumas after traumas we lived with it. Wounds can be healed but the Scars will remain. A man can be soft and people will questioning your gender identity maybe some people also don't know about fragile masculinity. And they make fun of it like what they did to these men showing their soft side Live in TV. So mostly of men they just dealing with it alone rather to share it to others and we also don't want to be burden to others cuz we knew that everyone also have struggles in life to deal with and I feel bad to those men and brothers who end their lives to escape this harsh materialistic world. I just want to say be kind and be real that's it! Good morning and have a great day. Peace out!
