Even if i do comments or like or upvotes..my account would never back into the normal..my comments always get to in a spam comments,its so sad to see this and I'm so desperate to know how should i need to get it back to how it use to be..?🤔 Sorry for my grammar 😢

What happened that your account never goes back to normal? Are you on a blacklist? Are your comments automatically spammed or is someone reporting you? I advise you to try this for 2-4 weeks. Write longer articles about 600 words. If you do not know what to write about join the community free writers or diaries. Please, read the rules before you submit. If you freewrite you set a timer for 10 or 20 minutes and just write what pops up in your mind or about a certain subject or use a prompt (a prompt is a word or sentence you use to write about). What a diary is, is clear. Make sure it has to look like one. For the time being stop liking and commenting, focus on writing first. You can use Grammarly.com. it will take care of your grammar. I use it too.
