Smart BCH is likely unaffected by the ongoing EVM based vulnerabilities as its implementation is not based on Geth (EVM implementation in Go Lang) and instead is based on the Evmone (C++ implementation). However there is no certainty that's the case until the vulnerability is publicly disclosed.
