Starting little research of Moeing Chain From my initial understanding it is a Bitcoin Cash side chain which will be capable of executing Turing complete smart contracts and importantly brings compatibility of the EVM (Etherum Virtual Machine) & Web3 API aiming to provide the same benefits of Etherum 2.0, in fact make it superior in context of low-cost and high-throughput by operating on top of Bitcoin Cash mainnet and performing various low-level optimizations of the EVM & Web3 implementations. To perform operations on the Moeing Chain you will need to pay the Gas fees in Bitcoin Cash at a fraction of what it would cost you to perform the operations on Etherum, with half of the gas fees being burned and the other half being rewarded to the node validators. With more adoption and usage of the chain, we would typically see only half of the BCH flowing out of the Moeing Chain back to Bitcoin Cash mainnet which proposes to further accelerate the direction towards BCH deflation #BitcoinCash
