My keyboard works!!! A few days ago I decided to clean my keyboard. It is a good business edition keyboard from Dell. I think it is a Dell KB212-B US edition. This is a business edition so it is pretty much unbreakable. You can hit each key for more than a million times and it will still keep working. I got a bit over confident and decided to wash each key with soap water and then washed it with sprit. I used an old toothbrush to clean it. Once I was done with the over confident cleaning I realised that I might have done some damage to the keyboard as the soap water might leave some residual moisture and fire up some keys. And that is the reason why I didn't use the keyboard. I let it sit for a few days and when I was convinced that the room temperature might have taken care of the moisture. Now, I plugged in my keyboard and it works perfectly. I went to a website called keyboardtester.co and typed each key and it works flawlessly. Here's a photo I took. You can see the green keys that work and every one of them is working fine. Sigh! Thank Allah I did not mess up this keyboard. How often do you clean your keyboard and what do you use to clean it?
